We took the car for a walk for the diagnostic, and 5 minutes later they told me what the problem was and what needed to be done. They changed the oil in 30 minutes and I left by 12:20. 2 weeks agoThe best auto shop in Playa del Carmen. First, I want to thank everyone at this shop for their kindness and professionalism. They had my car ready the same day, replacing quite a few parts, always being very honest and keeping me informed the whole time. My car went in at 8:00 AM on a Saturday and came out around 3:00 PM, which means they stayed longer than usual that day to finish my car. The car looks brand new; it's truly a relief to have this shop in Playa del Carmen. My car is a 2019 Polo. Don't hesitate for a second to take your vehicle to this shop before any other option. I'm very grateful to Gustavo, Mr. Zapata, and their entire excellent team.
