I am a licensed lawyer dedicated to immigration procedures. 18 years ago I decided to leave Mexico City, looking to settle in a place that would welcome me and my family and allow me to develop personally. In the Mayan Riviera I found the perfect opportunity to practice my profession helping foreign individuals and families who, like me, fell in love with this land and want to make it a temporary or permanent home.

We find great satisfaction in enabling families to come together. You can obtain a residence in Mexico by Family Unit in the following cases:

If you are married to a Mexican citizen or to a person who has residency in Mexico.
If you have a Mexican born child.
If you are father or mother to a Mexican citizen or to a person with legal residency in Mexico.
If the person holding a Residency in Mexico has siblings under 18 years old.
The temporary resident student has the right to Family Unity, so that their relatives may request the Temporary Resident visa.
