Hiring Berenice and Israel to support day-of coordination and a few other pre-wedding logistics items for us was one of the best decisions we made in the destination wedding planning process and by far the number one value for cost line item in our budget. They went above and beyond providing walkthrough support since we weren’t able to view our venue in person ahead of time. They also received shipments for us in advance which was critical for us to have some of the custom/special elements make it to Mexico. On the day-of I was able to be fully present with confidence they could handle the coordination and ensured all of the guidance and details I provided were executed perfectly.
